Pirate Pat's Burning Skillet

Recipe of the Week!
Eat like the Pirates Do!
(anti-acid not included)
Jamaican Jerk Sauce
Recipe 000403 submitted by Pirate Pat Patterson
Well this week the weather is getting nice so the grills are in use and the cooking has moved outside some what. For the brave at heart and the ones that like it hot I will give you a Sauce Recipe that goes on Chicken, Pork, an on some Beef . Jerk Sauce can be used as a Rub, or a Marinade.
This also should be made ahead of time, at least 4 hrs before is best to allow all of the ingredients to work.
Ingredients:
Combine all of the ingredients and mix well. The trick when using this is when grilling lower your heat and take longer.
And when slowing down the time to cook we need to have a nice outside drink, well try this THE BOAT DRINK.
