Magnolia Summerfest has been a community event, sponsored by the Magnolia Chamber of Commerce, for more than 50 years, and a Seafair Sanctioned Community Event since 1985! The festival includes the annual Art Show, the annual Merchants’ Sidewalk Sale, live music, food vendors, arts and crafts booths, pony rides, inflatable rides, clowns, magicians, a beer garden and the Seafair Parade, featuring your Seattle Seafair Pirates, and Kid’s Parade.

The culmination of Seattle’s favorite summertime celebration takes place Friday, August 5 – Sunday, August 7 at Genesee Park on Lake Washington!
Each year thousands of Seattleites gather for one of the city’s oldest and most cherished traditions. The worlds fastest powerboats race on the waters of Lake Washington as the U.S. Navy Blue Angels soar in the sky overhead. Kids activities, food vendors and interactive booths sprawl across Genesee Park and live bands play all weekend long on the Live Entertainment Stage. Don’t miss the biggest weekend in Seattle!

Your Seattle Seafair Pirates will be walking around both Saturday and Sunday for a couple hours. Look for their boat, the Moby Duck, and you have found them!

Lake City Pioneer Days Parade @ Lake City

This year marks the 74th anniversary of this incredible community event! This summer time event has been a part of the Lake City community for decades. It is an event that lives in the memories of many a child-now-adult who hails from our area. Cowboys and clowns, and floats, drill teams, tow trucks and antique tractors. The All City Marching Band plus the occasional rock band! And of course, your Seattle Seafair Pirates!!!

The Festival at Mount Si offers fun for everyone!

Admission to the Festival at Mount Si is FREE.

Get your corn-on-the-cob, elephant ears, and much more at the many booths offering Washington’s best food and drink.

Relax in the beer garden while supporting the festival and the local Rotary Club.

Groove to jazz, blues, rock, country and more with live performances on two stages.

Your Seattle Seafair Pirates will be there for the parade and roaming around town afterwards. The weather will be nice so come out and enjoy!

Granite Falls Railroad Days @ Downtown Granite Falls

Railroad and Reunion Days is Saturday, October 1, 2016 and features a Grand Parade as well as a Children’s Parade. Come be in the parade that goes through town on the main street or be a spectator cheering them on! The traditional Main Street Parade starts Saturday at 12 ‘noon, featuring local groups, politicians and bands, plus the colorful Seafair Pirates. Grand Marshal for the parade will be announced in September.

There are always fun things to do and lots of good things to eat, so bring the whole family and have a great day together. Local businesses and street vendors will be ready for the crowds, a carnival will be in town the whole weekend (between Alfy’s and IGA) and the Granite Falls Historical Museum is a must see for visitors and locals alike.

St. Patrick’s Day Parade @ Downtown Seattle

Come see your Seattle Seafair Pirates at their first big event to kick off their year! At 12:30 pm, the St. Patrick’s Day Parade Grand Marshal and the Honorary Parade Grand Marshals lead Seattle’s 45th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade up 4th Avenue, traveling north from Jefferson to the reviewing stand at Westlake Park. From there participants are invited to travel for free via the Monorail to the Seattle Center for closing ceremonies at the Irish Festival in the Armory at 2:30 pm.

The Daffodil Festival Grand Floral Parade is an annual celebration of the community, history, traditions, and growth, of its home of Pierce County.  The theme for this year’s parade is “Daffodil Paradise.”

Traveling through the four cities of Tacoma, Puyallup, Sumner, and Orting, the Parade consists of over 180 entries, including floats, bands, marching, and mounted units. Linking one generation to another in tradition, floats are decorated with thousands of fresh-cut daffodils, just like the daffodil flowers that grew in the Puyallup Valley since over 80 years ago.

Bothell’s Forth of July Freedom Festival @ Downtown Bothell

Come see your Seattle Seafair Pirates in the Bothell Forth of July Parade! Between 10,000 and 15,000 attendees are expected for Bothell’s annual “Freedom Festival” to celebrate our nation’s birthday. Festivities include a free pancake breakfast, a children’s parade and the grand parade with more than 100 entrants. Plan ahead, get there early, and celebrate safely.

Due to construction on Main Street, the annual Bothell 4th of July parade will take a slightly different route this year.

  • Starts at Main Street and 104th Avenue NE
  • Proceeds west on NE 183rd Street to Bothell-Everett Highway
  • Turns right on Bothell-Everett Highway 
  • Ends at Pop Keeney parking lot
